Thank you and Goodbye to Andy!

The team at Emerge would like to say the biggest thank you to Andy, our CEO of nearly 10 years, who will be leaving emerge for pastures new at the end of October.

Andy has been an incredible leader, and it is largely due to his vision, wisdom and passion that emerge has been able to make such a positive difference to young people and the communities of BD4 over the last decade.
Andy has led us through ups and downs (including the Covid years). He’s been very ‘hands on’ in terms of getting involved in trips, camps, walks, fundraising events and frequently the day-to-day youth work programme.  He has been our rock and our strongest encourager – spurring us on to ‘dream big’ for young people and BD4. We will deeply miss Andy but know he will continue to be an asset and a blessing to everyone he encounters in the future. 

Thank you, Andy, for being such an inspiration to us.  We wish you every good thing.
