Howard has a legal background and has been the Vicar of St Johns Bowling in Bradford for over 25 years. He heads up Outworks Bradford and oversees its congregations and community projects. He has a vast experience of the Voluntary sector and exceptional local knowledge of the areas surrounding our main base in Bradford.
