Community Hub Lead Youth & Schools Intervention Worker

Full time, Bradford, Salary £18,376 – £21,530

We are looking for a highly skilled lead youth worker who will be able to lead the face to face youth work in a disadvantaged community, and work within a school setting to deliver one to one and small group interventions. You will be part of a team working in similar settings around Bradford, responsible for a large volume of face to face delivery with young people and for leading the development of our internship and apprenticeship programme.


Community Hub Lead Youth Worker (Maternity Cover)

Part time (25hr/wk), Bradford, Salary £18,376 – £21,530 pro rata

We are looking for a highly skilled lead youth worker who will be able to lead the face to face youth work in a disadvantaged community, delivering a varied and creative programme of first contact and targeted work. There will also be some school based intervention work or similar. You will be part of a team working in similar settings around Bradford, responsible for a large volume of face to face delivery with young people and for leading a youth council for young people to contribute to the leadership of our work.


Community Hub Youth Worker (Maternity Cover)

Part time (15hr/wk), Bradford, Salary £16,231 – £19,048 pro rata

We are looking for a highly skilled youth worker who will be able to support and lead the face to face youth work in a disadvantaged community, delivering a varied and creative programme of first contact and targeted work. There is a particular hope to develop sports based sessions with young people and opportunities to begin new pieces of work as openings appear.


e:merge is a Christian Charity that has undertaken youth work for over 20 years in the most segregated, deprived and broken wards in Bradford, and more recently in South Yorkshire and SW London. Our goal is to reach the most marginalised and enable them to become part of a community within which they can thrive, develop and realise their potential.
