We have a dedicated team of staff and trustees with the right blend of skills and experience to ensure emerge delivers the very best for the young people we serve.  We love the BD4 communities and the people within them and long to see these communities grow and thrive.

 Emerge has a board of 6 trustees with a range of ages between mid-20’s and 70, all of whom contribute above and beyond the formal meetings and duties of trusteeship. Strengths within the board include long experience of youth work, finance/accountancy, charity governance, PR and the wider voluntary sector of Bradford.

 The board delegates the day-to-day operations of emerge to the CEO who has 24 years’ experience of youth work and charity leadership, serves as a board member of other local charities and has lived in neighbouring South Bradford communities most of his adult life. The CEO and four other leadership team members lead and manage our experienced, skilful and passionate staff and volunteer team within different areas of responsibility and expertise. The majority of our staff team have over 10 years’ experience of youth work.
