At e:merge all our activities and projects are about developing young people to realise their potential. Through all our sessions we focus on 9 areas of their lives that we know if we can have an impact will be transformational for them.
We all know how much our physical health can directly relate to our self-esteem, energy levels, ability to concentrate, ability to deal with built up emotion and stress and the power of sport at bringing people together. Getting young people active and aware of their health is an important part of their whole person development. We deliver sports sessions in communities and schools, promote the outdoors, raise and promote issues of health, deliver hygiene and healthy eating sessions. We champion young people in this area to take responsibility and provide opportunities to improve their health.
