Describe a typical working day:
Most days involve some time in front of the computer and some time with other people – the best days get me out of the office but one of the things I enjoy most about e:merge in Bradford is the business which means people are in and out with problems to solve and news to share. My days also include writing emails, spending time with individuals on the team, meetings in school, with a church or a community group. I may write a funding application or a report and look at finances, I always pray a bit and plan a bit and work to share our vision of transforming the lives of young people. At the end of each day I hope that I haven’t forgotten anything vital and remember that God will still be with me and my ‘to do list’ tomorrow.
What is the best thing about working at e:merge?
Working alongside a team of passionate, inspirational and talented people who are totally committed to changing the lives of young people.
